Kyle Man Indicted for Sexual Abuse of a Minor

United States Attorney Brendan V. Johnson announced that a Kyle man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for engaging in a sexual act with a child under the age of 16.

Joseph Fool Head, age 28, was indicted by a federal grand jury on April 19, 2011, for Sexual Abuse of a Minor. He appeared before US Magistrate Judge Veronica L. Duffy on April 22, 2011, and pled not guilty to the indictment. The maximum penalty upon conviction is 15 years of imprisonment and/or a $250,000 fine. The charge is merely an accusation, and Fool Head is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

The investigation is being conducted by the FBI. Fool Head was remanded to the custody of the US Marshal. A trial date has not yet been set.
